Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in working with E-Jiffy Web Design & Marketing. Your initial consultation is completely free and is designed to discuss your website or marketing goals, answer your questions, and determine the best solution for your business. Before Your Meeting * Please complete the consultation intake form before your scheduled appointment. * If you have an existing website, please include the URL so I can review it beforehand. * Feel free to prepare any questions, ideas, or examples you’d like to discuss. Appointment Length Consultations are scheduled for 30 minutes via phone or Zoom. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the meeting may need to be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other scheduled appointments. No-Shows If you miss your consultation without notice, any future consultations may require confirmation before being scheduled. No Obligation The consultation is provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase services. My goal is to understand your needs and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together.
